How our process works from order - shipped.
1. Once you place the order, our in house artist will then create your towel with the name you provided.
2. Once the file is created it is then sent into production.
3. During production each towel/ order is double and triple checked for any damages and typos to ensure our best product is being sent to our customer.
4. We use USPS for all shipping. We ship from NJ. Shipping is usually an estimated 2-5 days.
All of our towels are are made to order. Our processing time is 1-2 business days.
